Being raised by a single mother one of the best moments was walking down the aisle with her by my side, I felt so blessed to have such a strong and amazing woman by my side and giving me to my husband whom she has long considered her son.
The fact that my 90 year old grandmother was able to make it and share the day with us made it so special to me as she helped raise me and is like a second mother to me.
As I did not have a father present for my father and daughter dance AD had surprised me and
arranged for my brother in law and cousins to take turns twirling me around the dance floor it was really special to me.
To have my little sister and best friend as my maid of honor she helped and supported me in more ways than I could have ever imagined and when I woke up the morning of my wedding I woke up to fifty helium balloons in my room each had a picture tied to it with ribbon and a beautiful message on each of them.
Lastly that I had gained an amazing family whom I love with all my heart and soul. Even though they were already my family long ago it was nice to finally be an official member of the unique and crazy Woods family.
Every moment was magical and the wedding was a fairytale I had dreamed about since I was a little girl.
However no matter how magical every moment was the most magical will forever be the moment I said I do to my soulmate, best friend and my own prince charming.
To love, laughter and happily ever after.
We were blessed enough to go to the beautiful Maldives where we stayed in a water bungalow. We had the amazing experience of swimming with turtles, manta rays and sharks. We made the best memories and the experience was unbelievable.
I was lucky enough to wear one of Biji Couture's unique wedding dresses, it truly made me feel like an ice Princess. Our decor was simplistic with a color scheme of gold, white and green as it went beautifully with the gorgeous gardens at Avianto. We also incorporated a Love Bird Theme in our stationary and Wedding Cake.
