The hole ceremony and reception was the highlight. I was so excited for the hole day and the band was just so special.
We went to Ballito for a week at La Montague resort.
The ceremony was on Strand beach and the reception was at Surfside Restaurant in Strand. The guests did not sleep over.
I did go to gym to shake off some weight and also went for full body massage. . I went to dream nails for my nails and also to shape and tint my eye brows.
We didn't have much of decor as it was in a restaurant. The tables had the leaves in the middle as I didn't want the normal centre piece. Each champagne glass had charm ring around the thin part of the glass for guests to take home. For the main I hired a white half circle table with 2 big chairs as well as a couch flower stands and cake stand all in white which I hired from Sandwich Events. I also hired a cupcake stand from A Touch of Eleganz the cupcakes and small cake .
The groomsmen had grey suits, white shirts, silver bow ties and grey shoes. The groom had a blue suit with a white shirt, grey shoes and a corol tie. The suits was hired from Smart Suits Hire and the shoes was bought at Shoe City.
They had long coral dresses but different styles that we bought at Bridal Lane and they wore nude colour shoes that we got at Spree.
The officer was Pastor Mark Le Fleur.
I planned all by myself.
The groomsmen and bridesmaids as well as the flower girl drove in Golf GTI and both cars was red.. Me and husband drove in a MERCEDES C Class and the cars was made up in ribbons and balloons.
Surfside Restaurant did the food as it was a buffet. The cake and cupcakes was done by my cousin Nicole.
We had digital invites but the thank you cards was done by my husband.
We had a live band named Don Vino and they did the sound. The lighting was done by the restaurant. We didn't do the dance.
