We gt married in Magoebaskloof in Limpopo. It was raining so much that the hairdresser and photographer was late. Our original plan was to get married in the woods but ended up getting married in the reception hall due to the rain.
My wedding look was classical. My first wedding dress was a bit of a disaster. My mom and her best friend decided to rescue the situation and remade my dress. It was so special to me to know that my mom stitched the lace on by hand.
We got married at MAC Country Venue in Magoebaskloof. Our guests stayed around in Magoebaskloof.
I tried to eat healthy and exercise daily. I also went for a few sunbed sessions and went to color my hair.
We made use of the wooden tables and white leather chairs provided by the venue. The flowers my mom and her friend did.
The groom and groomsmen wore navy suits brought from Woolworths.
The bridesmaid wore sage green lace dresses.
Our marriage officer was a family friend Frans Kruger.
Our wedding photographer was Elanie Engelbrecht from Davish Photography.
Of course my mom!
Due to the weather my brother took me to the wedding venue in my dad's Amarok to make sure we did not get stuck in the mud!
The food was prepared by the Venue by Carina and Adri. The wedding cake was baked by Elize.
Our stationery was printed by Louise Hammond at Review Printers Polokwane.
We had a DJ.No we just enjoyed the first dance. Due to the weather our guests then only threw the confetti with the first dance.
