It is hard to say as this was the best day of my life. If I had to choose is when they announced us husband and wife, with the idea of the rest of our lives together.
Unfortunately not as we had a tragic passing of my father in law six days after the wedding.
The theme was denim and diamond, so I went with Blue shoes, casual hair do, diamond and pearls for jewellery. The makeup was natural to fit into the denim theme.
Got married at Limerick Lodge. We and our guest slept over at the lodge.
I believe that beauty is within, so I only lift the color of my hare and did french for my nails.
The decor was mostly hand made, but to get the diamond effect we went with fairy lights and glass pebals and candles to give the effect. The flowers was lily's to ad the softness to all the glam. The rest of the decor was bought so that it looks like diamond in the light of the candles.
Denim was the theme, so they wore denim jeans and light blue shirts with navy blue tie's. It was all bought at Woolworth's
The bridesmaid wore a denim dress that was also bought at Woolworth's
Our pastor Tom Bekker
Ollie was the photographer of Creative Photography (Almèro Olwagen). He has a good eye to capture the beauty of nature and surroundings to make the perfect photo's.
It was only me, my husband and my mom
I had the privilege to get ready for my big day at the lodge and it was walking distance from the venue, but due to rain we had to use my dad's car that day
The food was prepared by the Diens Sentrum and the wedding cake was done by a lady that does it in her spare time.
Every design was done by myself and my husband and printed at Xerox
The party was done by a DJ - Skatkis, they also did all the sound.
