Our wedding day started blissfully. Our letters to one another was special. My husband worked for a very low salary from the start of 2017 till the 16th of November 2017. He kept it from me and wrote in the letter that he kept his promise to marry me and look after me. He attached his appointment letter to his new position and this changed our whole life. We can start to live and enjoy what ever we want to do together. The 16th of November means a lot to us as it started in 2011. My boyfriend then, husband now went overseas for 9 months, he landed on the 16th November 2011. On the 16th of November 2016 he wrote his last Civil Engineering exam. 16 November 2017 he found out that he was appointed in the job he applied for. The 16 November reunited us and gave us new hope since 2011. Our love is just so special to one another.
I recorded a song "From this moment" for my husband as i walked down the aisle with my father. My husband did not realise at first and then he snapped and started to shed a tear or 2. Nobody knew about the song and my father started to cry beside me and just pressed my hand with happiness and love. There was so much special moments and everything was put in and done with love and lots of time and caring.
It was amazing to see your groom and bride for that first time agter being away from the Wednesday before the wedding.
We did went on honeymoon. Our honeymoon was a surprise for me. I only found out the Sunday after our wedding day. We went on the MSC Sinfonia to the Portuguese islands for a whole week. It was an amazing experience and so much fun. For our second week my husband surprised me by going to the Drakensberg. We were booked in at the Bushmans Neck resort. It was so beautiful and relaxing and so romantic. We had an amazing 2 week honeymoon, my husband made all my dreams come true from going on a boat cruise to seeing the Drakensberg. He made everything so special and unique
Our wedding look was natural and farmy with a little bit of vintage. My makeup was all natural as well as my hair. My wedding dress was crystal white as me and my husband waited a longtime for our special day. My husband bought me my wedding shoes and earrings. My earrings was silver with a small pearl at the bottom with diamonds. My hairpiece was also bought by my husband. A large flowery piece that fitted perfectly into my up-do. My lingerie was perfectly chosen by my husband. He bought every little accessory so carefully full of love and a lot of patience.
Me and my husband got married at Imperfect Perfection in Tierpoort Pretoria. We both loved this venue from the start, my husband and i just walked into the venue when he turned around and said he saw enough we are getting married here. Most of our guests slept around the venue as the venue was booked out for our close family.
I just tried to eat a little bit more clean and exercided when i got time. I pampered my hair and nails to have the most beautiful hair and nails.
Our decor was all vintage old elements with flowers this was used as centre pieces. We had ladders above our guests tables with roly pily candles hanging from the ladders. Our bride and groom table was a white ball and claw table and above our table there was a old bicycle with proteas and eucolyptes leaves. There were candles every where as it gives a calm and romantic feeling. In the ceilig there was fairylight hanging as a stary night of stars.
My groom was wearing a silver / navy blue suite with brown finishes as accessories. His groomsmen was dressed in grey suite pants with white long buttom up shirt with navy blue ties. We bought the groomsmen clothing at Edgars and my husbands suite was bought at Your Pal in Brooklyn Preroria. All of them wore funky socks to add some spice into the day :)

My bridesmaids wore navy blue dresses that we bought from Zip Zone in Montana Pretoria. My Matron of honor arranged their dresses to get silver/pearly detail on with straps.
Our wedding officer was Alistair Westcott. He was a real blessing on our wedding day and gave us such peace and amazing message.
Our wedding photos was toom by Ulandi Sanders photography and our video was taken by Cina Stage Studios. Both the photographers and the videographers were amazing and captured every single moment. We did not use a photo booth

The venue made all the food and our wedding cake was included with the venue. All the food and desserts together with our wedding cake was amazing
Me and my husband printed the guests names for the table and the venue did the table seating on an old window.
The party was amazing. Me and my husband did not take dancing lessons at all. We know each other and danced alot in the 9 years of being together. We did had a dj we used the Gauteng Dj in Pretoria
