Waited 10years for this beautiful day and it was extraordinary and wonderful, worth the wait.
We went to Clarens for a few days and then Margate for a week. Clarens stood out to both of us. Will be going there soon again.
Hired the beautiful dress from Carmens Bridal Boutique in Welkom. They made me feel gorgeous. My make up was done by Mari from Jardin de Beaute Spa in Welkom. She knows exactly how to make a bride stand out.
We got married at Farm Heldrwater, gorgeous venue on a farm with wild animals just around the corner. Beautiful gardens and nature scenes for outstanding pictures.
Had none of these, working alot, did not have time for relaxations. Haha
Our decor was casual and smart but also elegant. Dark and golden brown with some cream colours in between and a dash of aqua blue from the bridesmaids dressess.
They went casual with light cream chinos and brown vellies with smart white shirt.

Unique and special moment. My grandmothers brother married my mom and dad, and he married us as well. Special family memory.
Our photographer is also a family friend. She saw me growing up and she said it was tearfull for her to see the girl she knew for so long getting married.
We had the wedding planner from the venue arrange everything, Leonie Bamm. She is amazing and know exectly how make your day special.
No wedding transport everything was walking distance. Easier.
My mother in law arrange our wedding cake. Is was blue velvet cake with cake poppers for the guests to eat while we take photos. Cake was dillicious.
I did all invites and seating and thank you notes myself.
Wedding planner arrange for a dj and he did an amazing job. Everyone was dancing constantly and enjoying every moment. We did not take dancing lessons but we can dance together. Our special song was Ed Sheerens Perfect.
