When I saw his face walking down the isle, looking at his bride. It was indescribable that moment we shared.
The daddy daughter dance was very emotional as my heart will now be taken care of by my new lovely man.
The dance with grandad (89 years old) who could barely walk, but he danced with me. It was sooo special.
We had a few good laughs as well all over the wedding and opening the dance floor with my new husband was the best!
We had a magical week around the Cape Winelands. Our country is defnitely the best.

I created a classical, clean bridal look with the help of Lealia Bridal Boutique who made me feel like a princess right from the start. My shoes were golden glitz. I curled my hair and did my own make up. The look was completed with timeless gold jewellery and less was defnitely more in this regard!
We got married at Eagles Nest Venue, Sedgefield where the venue and chapel looked out over the lagoon. Some guests stayed over at the venue. Everything was very profesional and the staff was very helpful.
I started exercising daily about 5 months before wedding. (it really made a difference!) I just kept my skin moisturised and clean and tried to eat clean as often as possible. Detoxed and tried a few face masks along the way. (I liked the charcoal one best)
Oh, and I tried very hard not to stress! (very very important)
We had coctail hour on the draped stoep with coctail tables and fairylights. At reception area we used wood tables and chairs with champagnish lace runners, gold candelabras, a gold chandelier in middle of draping and fairylights, maroon material serviettes and beautiful wine glasses with a lot of flowers in colours, wine red, white and lots of greenery and pennygum.

Our photographer was the talented Caroline Pinto from Mosselbay. She made us feel so comfortable and enjoyed every moment with us whilst capturing our special memories.
