My husband held a surprise Birthday party for me and proposed that same night.. So I suggested a week before his Birthday that we should get married on his Birthday.
It was so spontaneous but yet a very special memorable moment in my life.
To put in a nutshell, we woke up at 04:00am an drove off to Windmill Beach just outside of Simons Town about an Hours drive from town, we arrived at 05:00am and got married as the first ray of sunlight hit hit western cape shores.
The view, back drop and complete setting was absolutely mind blowing.
This was definitely a day I will never forget.
He have already made plans to visit London and ultimately Europe early next year..
Well I have always been a girl that loves staying by the water. It is soothing and relaxed to be able to be around tranquil waters so we said we getting married on the beach at sunrise, so I went for a more Spanish type of look.
My Dress was a wonderful beach dress that is so light and comfy.
I had my hair and make up done by Johan at Excentric hair salon in seapoint.. I am a Hair Stylist here as well l.
I didn't want to wear to much when it comes to jewellery etc I felt that none of that was needed in our case. And it was private intimate and romantic so I thought less is always more.
We got married at sunrise on windmill beach in Simons Town there was no guest just me my husband and our babies 3 little ones
