My highlight of the day was definitely seeing my man for the first time as I walked down the isle.
That made me realise that I was going to spend the rest of my life with the person I love the most.

No, we havent gone on Honeymoon yet, both of us couldnt take leave yet, so we are waiting for December to go on Honeymoon
I really wanted a romantic style wedding, but when the Makeup artist and the Hairstylist was done, I was actually speechless. It was more than I hoped for. I felt totally Beautifull.
My Wedding dress was a A-Line style dress with a heart shaped top and spaghetti straps.
My shoes were Burgundy and the material was suede, I kept it simple with minimal jewelry...
I wasn't going for the bling type of look..
Our wedding was at the Beautiful Cussonia Crest just outside Pretoria, the venue is absolutely breath taking. Some our guests spent the night, but the other found accommodation close by.
I don't really have a beauty regime, but i did try to go without makeup as many times as I could, so that my skin could rest before the big day.
I also did try to eat healthy, but it wasn't really necessary because I felt really good anyway.
Our wedding was really rustic and we focused more on the venue's natural beauty. I wanted green leaves and trees etc... More of an earthy-child kind of vibe.
We had wooden underplates, rusted metal cake and centre pieces wrapped in green Ivy, it was magical!!
I am not a spender, so to find a suit for the groom that wasn't going to break the bank, was difficult, but I did and he loved his suit!! I found the suit at a store called Suit Connexion in Boksburg and they had a special on a Burgundy suit (can i just say that a Burgundy suit is not easy to find), the rest is history.
The groomsmen were easy, We didn't want them to wear a full suit so we bought the shirts, pants and bowties at Edgars.
I have always loved the Infinity dress, because it can be worn in so many different ways and it is something that they can wear again. I got the dresses on another special at Glitter and Glamour creations, it was so easy to buy the dresses, I got all the girls' measurements and sent it in, a couple of weeks later I got all the dresses in good quality and they fit perfectly.
My life long dream was to have the pastor that christened me as a baby to be my Marrige officer one day, and my dream came true.
He is also like a grandfather to me, which makes it even more special.
