The absolute realization when we saw each other at both ends of the isle.
The first kiss as husband and wife.
For me as a bride and my fathers daughter that day, when he took off my veil and with proud and trust gave me to my husband.
Australia.
On the way there stopping over at Hong Kong, fine dining at the best restaurant in the world.
4 days in Sydney, got to see the Opera House of course, visiting Bondi beach.
We then travelled to Cairns, and got to go Scuba Diving at experiencing one of the Great World Wonders ourselves, THE GEAT BARRIER REEF.
My wedding dress was designed by MoriLee, bought it at Wedding Connexion.
My hair and make-up was done by an Annique Salon owner which I know personally, and she completed my Princess like, perfection image.
We got married at the most beautiful venue on Earth, Casa Mia Country Estate. Close by to Cullinan, Pretoria.
The venue has 8 rooms which includes a honeymoon suit, so the bride and groom, as well as the closest family slept over for the night, which promised a day without worrying about driving somewhere.
Me and my husband went to the gym and took health and fitness supplements, but nothing heavy.
Kilowatt Productions did our music and lights for the day. We had up lights at each end where the draping was hanging from the rook against the wall which gave the night a very calm and relaxing feel. As our colour scheme was blue, the up lights really brighten up the hall and gave it just the little extra it needed.
The furniture was all white to fit into the colour scheme which was white, light blue and sliver.
Décor and flowers was done by the wedding venue, Casa Mia. It was also the feminine feel. Tall round vases with big flowers at the top, which mostly consisted of white flowers, with the vase standing on a light blue colour overlay outsprayed on the table.
Fairy lights was seen everywhere. In the drapes on the ceiling, al over the garden outside, behind the bridal couple`s table.
The groom wore a White suit with the matching blue like the colour scheme of the wedding.
My 4 bridesmaids wore matching dresses, same blue as the colour scheme, but the maid of honour just had a little more bling on her dress of course.
It was a vision that realized as soon as we had the dresses made from Ninette Creations.
As we are Christians, we had someone who knows us from our local Church
Deon from Deon Van Wyk Productions captured the moments we wish to never forget.
He truly captured the essence of the day, and did not miss one special smile.
Me and my newly married husband did the planning ourselves as we believed that way we can get it right as we want it to be.
The venue, Casa Mia Country Estate has the Chapel, the Hall, the honeymoon suite and the breakfast dining room for the next morning all on one premises, therefore no transport was needed.
The exceptionally delicious food was prepared by the staff from the Venue, Casa Mia Country Estate.
Our wedding cake which consisted of three different layers of cake, and beautifully finished off was done by a supplier from the named venue.
Minute Man Press in Centurion, Pretoria did all the printing of our stationary.
Kilowatt Productions was in charge of our music and lights for the evening.
