My most memorable moment was getting out of the car and seeing how much my husband was crying, definitely a humbling and heart warming experience. This moment will out weigh any other by far.
Yes we were blessed enough to go to Mauritius. This was my husbands first trip overseas, so hoping that travel bug has bitten him.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect at the most perfect venue in KZN. We got married on a farm was a look of rustic elegance. Our team was absolutely amazing and in my opinion are the best in the business. Our wedding was a relaxed feel with all the elegance added. My make-up and hair was the talented Laura Halgreen from Nixon make up and my dress was custom from Brit&Bride. I was able to look the way I did thanks to these magicians of their work.
We got married on a farm in Umkomaas, KZN called the Venue Fontana which has won awards in its short time and you can absolutely see why. It has everything a bride wants and needs for her dream day, as well as a brewery with the best craft beer on the farm which will sell any groom.
Elana Schiltz was our photographer and she was absolutely unreal. My husband and I are very awkward people when it comes to pictures and she made the process so easy and loads of fun with a lot of natural photos.
Our planner was Mara Fontana, which without I could never have had the day we did. We literally owe it all to her, she is a master and guru at what she does.
The food was absolutely out of this world, better then what you would get served at most top restaurants. We had plated starters and mains and a flaming suzette station which was the crepes from my wedding cake. Andrew Draper is the best of the best and our food was definitely a highlight of the night.
