The magical sunset on the beach in Thailand with just myself and my hubby. We got to share a surreal, private moment where we could glory in each other and our commitment!
WE eloped so we did a wedding and honeymoon in one in Thailand
Light and beachy! Pearl earrings with a leaf and pearl drop necklace. Small pearl pins in my hair. No shoes! It’s the beach!
Married in Thailand on Layan beach! Absolutely spectacular! No guests! We completely eloped and kept the whole thing a secret!! Magical experience with just the 2 of us
Nothing major. We went on a diet 2 months before and I just had a pedicure and manicure done. We wanted a no stress, no fuss wedding!
Nature was our venue! A beautiful sunset beach as the backdrop! Bouquet of roses and orchids!
Groom got his shirt in SA but we got it tailored by an amazing tailor in Thailand to fit him just right!
Nooo bridesmaids
Tim, our wedding planners husband. Wonderful guy! He did a great job keeping the ceremony light but allowing us to focus on each other
Gina Smith Photography! Absolutely incredible service! We got our fully edited photos within 4 days!!!
Definitely! Planning a wedding, no matter how small, in another country is daunting for any bride! Luckily i had the best planner to arrange everything from venue, flowers to my hair and make-up!
A whole lot of flying and a bunch of international airports! But we arrived alive in Thailand
None of the above applicable. We had a romantic and incredible dinner at a local restaurant called Ba Rim Pa! Outstanding food at affordable prices!
Stationary? What’s that? And this is why I eloped...
So while at dinner we compiled a little video for the parents recording ourselves before the wedding and included some photos from after. We then sent this to them as a “SURPRISE! We got married!” On arriving back in SA a week later we had a small dinner and photo viewing with our direct family members!
