This was a dream day with everything absolutely perfect and the way we dreamed off. Our path was blessed with amazing people, with amazing skills and making this a day out of Gods hand. His blessing and hand could be seen in even the smallest detail.
We had our honeymoon at the Deevana Phatong Hotel in Phuket Thailand. This being my first holiday out of South Africa, I was wowed with all the huzz and buzz. Both of us having a curious streak, we went off exploring the culture, food and surroundings just after setteling in our luxurious room. We had an amazing stay, loved every moment spend in this amazing land rich in culture, history, and good food, and time for only us.
I always wanted something different, that compliments my style and who I am. After almost giving up on finding my dream wedding dress, my path was directed to Yolande Kruger from Eulogeo Zeloo Couture. She made my wildest dream come true and created a fairy tale wedding dress exactly as I wanted it. Because of all the detail on the dress, the make up and accessories was stylish, but in a softer tone to complement dress and wedding colours and all in balance.
In Potchefstroom @ Around the World venue with an amazing small chapel. Wonderfull helpfull and friendly owners with a breathtaking venue, great food and a romantic atmosphere you will find nowhere else
I followed a good beauty routine and tried to eat healthier with more fresh fruit and water. And tried to get a good nights rest.
The wedding venue, just made it so much easier to complete the dream picture. The "ancient rustic" feel finished the bigger picture. Colour scheme was sea greens, soft pinks, silver, and blues. We wanted a warm relaxed feel but still stylish. The Zinkhuis (Alet) wowed everyone with her unique wedding flower arrangements. It was a perfect day, with everything exactly as we dreamed off.

We had an amazing photographer, that read us so good. We felt comfortable with her from the start, and with her bubbly personality we had great fun and lots of laughs! Annelien from Foto Fundie Photography captured our dream day's special moments. Just after the rain earlier the day, we had a lovely canvas God created as the back drop of our photos. So blessed in every way

We had an old Ford Fairlane as our wedding car. Still in original condition.
Around the World, our wedding venue, prepared the food. They were absolutely amazing! We asked to combine and change some of the menus, and they never blinked in trying to assist in every way.
The wedding invitations was designed and printed by a local printer.
The wedding Newspaper, was designed by myself and a friend. We included funnies about us growing up, remembered our parents wedding day and the loved ones lost and missed on this special day, and also celebrated my boys christening which was held just after our ceremony.
We had a DJ, and danced the night away.
