I truly feel that my entire day was magical and filled with wonderful memorable moments. If I had to mention Just a few it would have to be the church service. The moment my husband & I became one seriously blew my mind, in the presence of our family, friends and most importantly God there was this holy & sacred feeling in our hearts. The partying was also a definite highlight the energy & love in the room was indescribable. Everybody was happy and everybody felt the love.
I had a particular vision when it came to my dress the amazing team at De La Vida bridal couture took that vision and made it a reality. A simple tight fitting low cut back, loose curls and natural make-up is what I felt comfortable in.
Our beautiful church service took place at the oldest Greek Orthodox Church in SA. St. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church. We then partied it up at Summer Place in Sandton.
I didn’t stress too much about a beauty regime or fitness I simply continued with what I normally do. Gyming, regular facials and keeping hydrated.
Decor & Flowers were done by the flawless team from Reserved decor & Design under the creative hands of Chantelle. There was this warm, elegant & sophisticated feel to the room. It truly felt like a prestigious night at the ball.
The groom was dressed by Khaliques in Sandton. He looked so smart my Prince Charming indeed took my breath away.
Our special day was captured by Estilo. They did a fantastic job. I look at my photos now and all the feelings I experienced that day come rushing back. Excited to see our video soon. We had a photo booth which makes me so happy it was so lovely seeing our guests having fun and they get to keep that memory and so do we.
Weddings by Tash joined the bride and the mother of the bride with all the planning 6weeks before the big day. She was phenomenal especially on the day she took charge of it all allowing me to soak it all up and live every moment.
We had the privilege of been transported in Marylyn a classic 1939 Chevrolet with our names on the number plates. Perfect ride for the perfect day.
Our scrumptious food was made by Taste Explosion and the food literally did explode in your mouth. Our incredible chocolate ganache cake that was hanging from a stunning swing was made by Coppa.
Our DJ was a legend and the perfect fit for our big fat Greek wedding. If I may brag, My husband & I don’t need dance lessons we started off with a slow romantic dance to our favorite Greek song and then broke it down to Michael Jackson’s ‘The way you make me feel’
