The love support and sheer joy shared with us by our family and friends. Both my Dad and stepdad walked me down the aisle but it was my Mom's rightful.place to give me away. Nick plays in the band 'Only Forever' & as a surprise and tribute to him, Fern and Shaun played the accoustic version of James Arthur 'Say you won't let go' as I walked in. It was special. The music and food were amazing and the party lasted until 2am. Our first dance was by Birds of Tokyo and as a 'prezzie' Nick's manager got a personal wedding message sent to us on video. We couldn't take much time off work but we went to Umhlanga for a few days, champagned breakfast at Oyster Box, had to have a Durban curry and visit The George. Then back through the Midlands, visited Piggly Wiggly, Rawdons and Nottingham hotel.

We got married at Fatherland Estate.in Brits because I know Nicky well.The venue was outstanding and Marietjie and Nicky were so special. They gave us the most awesome cheese tasting and mock up prep day. Every guest has remarked on the amazing cheese 'cake' and wine they enjoyed whilst we had our photos taken. The venue is peaceful and tranquil, you feel like you are in another world.
Get thin at all costs ...... do we care how I got there? ..... Yes got prezzies of SPA vouchers but ultimately , eat well, drink more water and just get there
Greenery theme, very in and 'now' BUT the flower runners, rold gold accessories and sequined table runners as well as 'more is less' decor was outstanding and commented on by all.... Fairy lights and chandeliers always magnificent.
Oh my gorgeous husband, my man, my Superhero...... you looked so good , in Grey pants and waistcoat with a white shirt, Superhero cufflinks, and should I say this ..... Union Jack socks..... best man and groomsmen wore grey and white too. The pageboy wore the same colours with a Superman badge.
My bridesmaids, okay there were lots but you are all SPECIALS..... my sister, my Boo, my Maid of Honor Belle, sisters Jess Amy Jaz - my bestie Av, my cousin Mel, wore grey skirts with white tops accessorized with rosegold. Flower girls Abbi and Katie too beautiful.... Flower girl outfits brought out from the UK, Faith made the bridesmaids outfits and the look was inspired through Pintrest

Wedding Planner... yes me to the finest miniscule detail which paid off because it came together in a way that I could never have imagined and went off without a hitch. Our MC Davie, kept the proceedings on track and on schedule.

Dance lessons? KING AND QUEEN of party.... okay we practiced our first dance, but as an excuse to dance alone for no real reason..... in our lounge.
