There are three varietals used in the making of Piper-Heidsieck champagne, namely Pinot Noir (powerful, berry-like), Chardonnay (lively, toasty) and Meneur (fruity, fleshy). Refined, elegant, precise, it provides structure, power and balance to a bottle of Piper-Heidsieck.
